VKY
People

A culture people stay for.

A diverse workforce across continents, attrition among the lowest in our industry, and leaders who know every team by name. It is why our clients’ customers speak to experienced people who care.

Our culture

What makes VKY different to work for.

  1. 01

A workforce as diverse as your customers.

Our colleagues bring different backgrounds, languages and life experience. That range is a strength on every call.

  2. 02

    People stay.

Our attrition is among the lowest in the industry, and our colleagues stay with us for years. Experience and knowledge stay in your contact centre.

  3. 03

    Skill is rewarded.

Pay rises as people take on broader, more skilled work, and we look within first for team leaders, quality specialists and AI roles.

  4. 04

    Leaders are on the floor.

Our founders and senior leaders spend their time with the teams, not only in meeting rooms.

  5. 05

    We enjoy the work.

We take it seriously and we have fun doing it. Colleagues come to feel part of our clients' organisations.

When colleagues join us

They stay too.

Many of our clients' colleagues join us from an existing operation, in the UK and in South Africa. They meet their new leaders early, their terms come with them, and from the first day they have training, recognition and a route to progress.

In practice · One lender, before VKY

When a team of 50 colleagues moved to a contact centre our leaders ran, they designed a new way of scoring quality with the team and coached against it every week. Quality outcomes improved, and the team stayed.

What it means

Our values

Before the process. Before the margin. Before the model.

We stand with our clients

Not opposite them at the table, and not only at the end of the phone. With them, in full understanding of their objectives and values.

We start with the person

We are a people business, with relationships at our core. Real people sit on the other side of every call.

We do not let the moment pass

When something matters, we act. We respond. We remain present.

Leadership is present

Our senior leaders are part of the day-to-day, not only the quarterly review.
